Our Philosophy
We understand how important it is for working families to have quality school-aged child care. We strive to offer a program that meets the needs of our community.
Our goal is to help children feel good about themselves and their relationships with others. We feel that a well-rounded after school program can be instrumental in a child's development. To meet the needs of all children, we have developed a balanced program that offers opportunities for recreation, socialization and academic support.
About Us
Bonnie's Program has been in place at New Hingham Regional Elementary School, serving the towns of Chesterfield and Goshen since 2000, in Westhampton since 2003 and in Williamsburg at the Anne T. Dunphy school since 2005. All programs have great success with offering homework support, socialization, recreation and a structured environment for children.
Bonnie's Program is licensed by the Office for Child Care Services (OCCS). Our staff consists of professionals that meet the qualifications of the OCCS standards.
Program Coordinator, Bonnie Smith, is a certified and licensed teacher. She directs the Before & After School Programs offered at New Hingham Regional Elementary School. Bonnie has worked for several years in local elementary schools as a Special Needs Para-Professional. She is certified in CPR and First Aid.
Program Director, June Lynds, has been in the child care field for several years. Most recently she was with Head Start as an area supervisor for many Western Massachusetts Head Start sites. Welcome June!
